July 2017

We started off July with our trip to Fossil Rim which was a blast.

We also had some fun shopping, watching TV with daddy and playing.

We had a good 4th of July down at the lake. 

We had a lot of fun just hanging out at the beginning of the month. 

 We went to library story time, which she LOVED!

 We had a hard time with naps, where she would scream for an hour and half unless I sat next to her while she went to sleep. I tried moving her pack n play and the living room and I would sit on the couch while she would try to go to sleep. That obviously did not work.

 After crying for an hour she still would not fall asleep.

The weekend we closed on our new house a friend of ours also had a baby. So that weekend I went over to help her out as her family is in China and Emma had some one on one time with dad and helped him work on the house.

 The house was so filthy it took a lot of work.

 I went over to the house to meet the pest guy, cause the previous owner had fleas. We had put our trashcan out to get switched out for a new one and someone had filled it with their own trash.

 A pro at tablet puzzles. These are great for when we are out and about.

Counting Skills

We also had to get the whole house painted after we moved in so we went to my moms for a couple of days to keep Emma our of the way. 

 I put all her clothes in vacuum bags to help save room, she has so many from when she was younger.

Aunt Melody and CJ came over to play on moving day. Emma had a really hard time with the move. She kept asking to go home for about 6 weeks after we moved.

 She does love her new room and all her birthday toys.

We nursed for the last time on July 30th when she turned 2 years old. 

Overall it was a very busy July with our move, but it was very fun. Can't wait for next summer!
