Ingredients:Strawberry Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Protein Powder
2 Scoops Complex Carb Mix
Mixin' 1. Mix the protein powder and carb mix in 8oz of water.
2. Put everything in the blender and blend
This is a great post-workout shake, I find it plenty sweet but if its not sweet enough just add a little Truvia or Splenda.
