Healthy Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:
4 Egg Whites
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1 Cup Mushrooms                                
Whole Wheat Tortilla
1/3 Cup Fiesta Blend Cheese
Garlic Salt
Louisiana Red Hot Sauce

Directions: 
1. Scramble egg whites until they are almost done
2. When the eggs are still a little runny add in baby spinach and mushrooms
3. Cook thoroughly
4. When done, place eggs, spinach and mushroom mixture in the center of the tortilla
5. Top with cheese, sprinkle garlic salt and add the hot sauce for some heat.
