Most babies will probably be able to:
- She can do:
- Hold head steady when upright
- While on tummy, raise chest supported by arms
- Keep head level with body when pulled to sitting
- Roll over (she can finally roll both ways)
- Pay attention to an object as small as a raisin
- Squeal in delight
- Smile spontaneously
- Reach for an object
- See across the room
Half of all babies will be able to:
- She can do:
- Bear some weight on legs when held upright
- Say "ah-goo" and other vowel-consonant combinations
- Play with toes while on her back
- She can't yet do:
- Make a razz sound
Some babies will be able to:
- She can do:
- Stand holding onto someone
- Work to get a toy out of reach
- Look for a dropped object
- She can't yet do:
- Sit without support (only for a few seconds)
- Pull up to standing position from sitting (only if we help her)
- Object if you try to take a toy away (I'm sure she could, but she hasn't yet)
- Babble: gagaga, bababa, mamama, dadada
