Emma: November 2015

Here is what Emma was up to in November. She was in her 3rd month of life.

She outgrew her 0-3 months clothes at the end of October and officially moved into her 3-6 months clothes. She still doesn't nap well at daycare but at home on the weekends she will take good naps. She likes to hold on to things as she is sleeping so I will give her her bear so she can fall asleep and then take it out once she is sleeping.

Because she won't eat much at daycare, she nurses a lot at night so we are bed sharing so I can get some sleep. On the weekends I don't wake her up in mornings I just feed her there and she will normally sleep in with Bobby till 8 or 9, or if she does wake up early she will take her morning nap with him.

She loves to talk and wiggle around. This her at daycare with her friend.

We don't go to church every Sunday anymore because it is a lot of work with her and if she is super fussy in the morning we just don't go. On this particular Sunday we went and she slept the whole service and then when we came home she passed out again.

She rolled off the Boppy toward the back of the couch and just kept on sleeping.

She really likes tummy time, especially on the Boppy. In this instance she pushed herself over and off of it and got stuck.

Our birth class had a reunion now that all the babies are here. This little girl is about 3 weeks younger than Emma and was so excited to talk to her, but Emma wouldn't talk back. She just stared at her. Crazy child is such a talker normally.

One morning before daycare she was in a super happy mood so of course we had to take some pictures.

She went to daycare, had a blowout diaper and played so hard that she couldn't even make it home.

I had the whole week of Thanksgiving off so we went back to Austin to see my Grandparents again. This time Emma was super happy the whole time!

On the way there, Victoria, my sister, rode with her in the back to keep her happy when she woke up and took this gorgeous picture of her.

Later that week we went to my family's house for Thanksgiving and got our 2nd family picture since she was born. She was only 5 days from being 4 months at this point. I really need to make picture taking more of a priority.

She is officially a daddy's girl. She lights up so much when she sees him and she can just pass out anywhere in any position as long as he has her.

She also modeled her new outfit from Gaga (Bobby's Mom) with the homemade crochet hat and boots.

And of course, we had a lot of fun at daycare after our week break.
